How to Design Training
Training design or instructional design is the process of creating a blueprint for the development of instruction.
A training program is composed of a schedule of activities with training goals, learning objectives, subject areas, methods, trainers, trainees, methods of assessment, and location.
Whether the training is to be conducted in a classroom, delivered using an electronic format or using some combination of methods, the design process sets the stage for the development of a program that produces results.

Therefore, training should result in changes in work behavior that lead to an improved, efficiently put into a context of continuous performance improvement.
This course is intended for HR and L&D team to learn and sharpen the skills necessary to design, develop and implement a training program for their organization.
Objectives
After completing this program, participant are beneficial of following:
Understand the design process of a current training program;
Understand the impact of training on individuals;
Understand the impact of training on the organization;
Who should participate in future and further training programs;
Who benefits the most and least from the training program;
The costs versus the benefits of training;
Relating the TNA to specifically focus on individual performance development; AND
Analyze the strength and weakness of the current training procedures and techniques.
