Finance For Non-Finance course is a finance program for non-finance employees to understand the organization’s financial management and how to implement a structured financial procedure.
Every employee should understand the basic financial management and accounting to improve the effectiveness of decision-making related to operations and strategy.
The program will provide an understanding of the basic concepts of finance and accounting that allows participants to analyze and interpret financial information in decision making.
Objectives
